Making these changes can be difficult, but prioritizing your long-term health is worth it.
Being mindful of the fatal conveniences in your life can ultimately lead to a healthier, happier you. So think twice the next time you reach for your favorite shampoo or spray on some perfume. It might be time to reconsider what you’re exposing yourself to under the guise of wanting to smell good.
