Lacee spent 10 years working for athletic apparel pioneer lululemon athletica, developing new markets across the United States and Europe. She is a NASM trainer, former StrongFirst Kettlebell Level 2/Bodyweight Instructor, and RK, C Level 1 kettlebell instructor.
Melissa Paris has a degree in dietetics and 15 years of fitness and nutrition experience.
