Rhonda Patrick, Ph.D.

Rhonda Patrick is an internationally renowned biomedical scientist and host of the FoundMyFitness podcast. She earned her Ph.D. in biomedical science from St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, where she studied the role of oxidative stress and mitochondrial dysfunction in aging and age-related diseases.
