This YouTube video discusses 14 things that can be consumed to make Fasting easier. These items have a minimal effect on the ability to stay in ketosis and fast and include MCT oil, coffee, exogenous ketones, tea, electrolytes, probiotics, B vitamins, apple cider vinegar, fiber, erythritol, lemon juice, an amino acid blend, sea salt, and water. MCT oil can help the body go longer without getting hungry, and coffee can reduce hunger. Exogenous ketones can help the brain run on ketones and minimize brain fog. Tea and electrolytes can help ease appetite and give energy, while probiotics can help stabilize blood sugars. B vitamins can alleviate insulin resistance, and apple cider vinegar can help with blood sugar. Fiber has a zero effect on insulin and can act as food for microbes. Erythritol, stevia, and monk fruit are sweeteners that have a minimal impact on blood sugars. Lemon juice can help reduce the risk of kidney stones, and an amino acid blend can help with recovery. Sea salt can help with energy levels, and drinking water can help dilute the urine and reduce the risk of kidney stones.
