Improving your health typically involves lifestyle changes to promote physical and mental well-being. Here are some steps you can take to improve your health:
- What Not To Do:
- DO NOT Smoke nor Drink Alcohol
- DO NOT Eat anything with an ingredient label
- DO NOT Consume Vegetable, Canola, or any other “vegetable” or seed oil
- DO NOT Eat anything with Corn Syrup
- DO NOT Eat foods high in lectins such as peanuts, tomatoes, peppers, eggplant…
- What To Do:
- Eat REAL whole foods, meats, vegetables, whole grain (not white flour) products
- Consume Real Olive Oil (read the ingredients as some are mixed with vegetable or canola oil). Avocado Oil is a good substitute and is preferred for cooking. If pan frying, try to use possible organic lard.
- Eat for your Gut Health! Leafy greens, sprouts, micro greens, dark green or purple vegetables
- Eat in a small window of time (preferably one meal per day, no snacking but a 6-hour window can be effective for some)… your body needs to rest and fully digest to be healthy.
