My name is Charles, and 12 years ago, I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. It was a turning point in my life that set me on a journey to better understand this condition and find ways to manage and reverse it. In my pursuit to understand all the facets of diabetes, I traveled around the world and teamed up with some of the best in health and wellness. My journey and collaborations taught me a lot about diabetes and living a healthy lifestyle.

Therefore, plants have evolved to produce toxic compounds called anti-nutrients that impede nutrient absorption, which can lead to nutrient deficiencies in the long run.
