Reduce Cancer Risk to ZERO

Now it is so much easier to prevent cancer than to try to reverse cancer once you have it. Out of all the conditions that someone can get medically, cancer is probably the most scary because the prognosis is not good, and the treatment is invasive. However, there is something we can do to prevent cancer, and it starts with understanding what causes it.

What Causes Cancer?

What causes cancer is damage to your mitochondria, which are the powerhouses of your cells. When the mitochondria become damaged, a typical cell converts to a cancer cell. Cancer cells are different from normal cells in that they have a higher rate of sugar consumption and can spread into areas of inflammation.

Things That Increase Your Risk of Getting Cancer

While many factors can increase your risk of getting cancer, some are emphasized at the wrong level of importance. Smoking, alcohol consumption, and obesity are all risk factors for cancer. However, obesity, per se, is not the cause of cancer; the combination of frequent eating and high carbs that cause obesity can increase the risk of getting cancer, especially too much insulin.

The Importance of Intermittent Fasting

Fasting is one of the most important things you can do to prevent cancer. Two cases I know of went into remission with cancer after prolonged fasting. The most important thing to do is prolonged fasting, which can decrease insulin levels, reducing cancer risk factors.

The Role of Fat in Cancer Prevention

The common myth is that saturated fat causes cancer, but this is not the case. The quality of studies on fat, mostly questionnaire studies, is inconclusive, making it challenging to say saturated fat increases the risk of getting cancer. Consuming refined chemicals like vegetable oil can increase cancer risk.

Red Meat versus Processed Meat

Red meat and processed meat are often lumped together, creating the risk of getting cancer. However, we must differentiate red meat from fast food chains with more chemicals and refining, increasing cancer risk. Furthermore, studies done on processed meat are based on questionnaires that do not differentiate between red, white, and processed meat.

The Importance of Avoiding Processed Foods

Refined foods, like ultra-processed foods in the form of processed meats, refined carbohydrates, and chemicals, have a combination of protein with sugar or fat with sugar with high heat, which can increase the risk of getting cancer. Therefore, it’s essential to avoid these foods.

In conclusion, we can take plenty of preventative measures to decrease the risk of getting cancer. By understanding what causes cancer and what increases our risk of getting cancer, we can take the necessary steps to ensure we stay healthy. Intermittent fasting, avoiding refined and processed foods, and not succumbing to common myths are all ways to stay healthy and cancer-free. Now that we have the correct information on cancer prevention, we can take action to ensure we live a fulfilling, healthy life.

Summary of Transcript:
The video discusses cancer prevention and the importance of having correct information about prevention. Cancer is caused by damage to mitochondria, which can cause normal cells to convert into cancer cells. Cancer cells have a different metabolism from normal cells, often consuming sugar at a higher rate. Cancer can also spread to areas of inflammation. Factors that can cause cancer include smoking, chronic alcohol consumption, and dietary choices that lead to obesity and high insulin levels. Fasting and intermittent fasting may also help prevent or treat cancer. Saturated fat is not conclusively linked to increased cancer risk, but trans fats are. The more refined and processed a food is, the higher the risk of cancer. Studies linking processed and red meats to cancer may not differentiate between different qualities of meat and may be based on questionnaire responses. Ultra-refined foods and refined carbohydrates also increase the risk of cancer.

Summary of Description:
Preventing cancer is more accessible than reversing it, and consuming real, natural foods, avoiding refined and processed foods, and lowering insulin are essential to reduce the risk. To decrease cancer risk, it is important to avoid smoking, alcohol, omega-6 fatty acids, vegetable oil, seed oils, and trans fats, as well as refined carbs and processed and synthetic foods. Intermittent fasting, consuming cruciferous vegetables, exercising, and exposing oneself to infrared light can help lower cancer risk. Infrared light can help increase melatonin, which helps reduce cancer risk. Consuming omega-3 fatty acids can help reduce the risk of cancer.

Cancer is caused by damage to your mitochondria. This damage converts a normal cell to a cancer cell. Anything that can create damage in your mitochondria can cause cancer.

A few main things that increase your risk of cancer are smoking, alcohol consumption, a poor diet, and high insulin. Consuming refined carbs and sugar and eating frequent meals can cause high insulin.

On the flip side, a healthy diet and intermittent fasting are essential. Intermittent and prolonged fasting may be the most important things you could do to lower your cancer risk.

The more refined something is, or the more chemically processed it is, the more it increases your risk for cancer. It’s vital to give special attention to the quality of your foods and avoid refined and processed foods.

You need to focus on consuming real, natural foods—not synthetic versions of food. It’s essential to get your fiber and antioxidants from actual food and not the synthetic versions added to food or synthetic supplements.

Melatonin is fantastic to help decrease your risk of cancer. To increase your melatonin, you need to expose yourself to infrared light. This is as simple as being out in the sun.

Other things that can help lower your risk of cancer are consuming vegetables and exercising. Consuming just three servings of cruciferous vegetables a week can decrease your risk of getting certain types of cancer.

The top things to avoid:
• Smoking
• Alcohol
• Omega-6 fatty acids
• Vegetable oil, seed oils, and corn oil
• Trans fats
• Sugar
• Refined carbs
• Processed foods
• Synthetic foods (including synthetic fiber and synthetic antioxidants)
• Frequent meals

The top things you need to focus on:
• Consuming real, natural foods
• Lowering your insulin
• Consuming cruciferous vegetables
• Doing intermittent and prolonged fasting
• Exposing yourself to infrared light to help increase your melatonin and vitamin D
• Exercising
• Consuming omega-3 fatty acids
