Lance Hitchings is a freelance CG illustrator and Vietnam Vet based in Portland, Oregon. He has a strong background in graphic design, advertising & marketing, commercial video production, event planning & graphics, and 3D illustration and animation.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Lance is an avid longevity activist. He runs a widely popular Youtube Channel covering the various aspects of healthy aging and longevity. On his channel, he reviews the latest research on how to turn back the clock on aging and shares what strategies he has implemented to do so. He also has active social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, where he shares his journey with others.
Lance’s mission is to help people live healthier lives for longer by providing information about how to slow down or even reverse the effects of aging. His dedication to this cause was recently recognized when he was featured in an article by Oseterics titled “Hacking Longevity” by Lance Hitchings.
