This YouTube video discusses inflammation, a routine healing and repair process that can become chronic and cause destruction. It explains that chronic inflammation can cause autoimmune diseases, old injuries, and inflammatory oncotaxis (cancer spreading into areas of mechanical damage). It then lists the causes of inflammation, including a lack of cortisol, allergies, acute/chronic infections, and stress. It suggests that vitamin D is the best anti-inflammatory remedy and that cortisol can be substituted with vitamin D in cases of inflammation.
