My Weight Loss Transformation

I began my weight loss journey at the age of 22. At the time, I weighed a whopping 260 pounds and I was determined to make a change. I began exercising regularly and changing my diet, and over the course of a year I lost a total of 70 pounds.

It was at this point that people began to judge me. They said things like “you’re trying too hard” or “you’re too obsessed with your looks”. I was taken aback by these comments and I began to question why people were so negative about my transformation.

The Stigma of Weight Loss

The truth of the matter is that there is still a stigma associated with weight loss. Society has long been conditioned to think that being overweight is “normal” and that attempting to lose weight is somehow wrong.

This is why people began to judge me when I started my transformation. They were uncomfortable with the fact that I was trying to break the mold and change my body.

The Benefits of Weight Loss

The truth is that weight loss can have numerous benefits. Not only can it lead to a healthier lifestyle, but it can also lead to improved confidence and self-esteem.

Additionally, weight loss can lead to improved mental clarity, better sleep, and an overall better quality of life. These are all benefits that I have experienced firsthand, and I’m sure many of you have experienced them as well.

The Takeaway

At the end of the day, it’s important to remember that weight loss is something that should be celebrated, not judged. We should all strive to be healthier and happier, regardless of what other people think.

That being said, I highly recommend trying Love Good Fats if you’re looking to make a change. Love Good Fats is a great source of healthy fats that can help you reach your weight loss goals. Use my code THOMAS20 for 20% off your order!

When I began losing weight, people started to judge me… and it wasn’t for the better. In fact peoples’ perception of me became negative upon undergoing my weight loss transformation. So in this video I want to discuss my rationale as to why people began to behave this way and as to why this type of mindset is so prevalent in today’s society.
